shattered panel security barrier
the room service was good.
I was a little disappointed by the rooftop pool. There wasn't a security barrier to prevent falls. the glass balustrade also had a shattered panel. i didn't find this safe, especially for children.

I appreciated the modern and clean appearance of the hotel. It was well kept. the staff were friendly, i found them approachable. the high floors offered good views of the city.
I found the food to be below average. It did not meet my expectations. the rooftop does have a nice pool. but the food was really expensive.

I found the breakfast buffet delicious. The rooftop gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I especially enjoyed the friendly and efficient service from the team. The rooftop pool and bar were bonuses, cute sunset views.
The lifts were sometimes slow during peak hours. It was a very slight inconvenience.

The room contained two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The working space was spacious. A minibar was available with reasonable prices.

Staff offered consistently polite assistance. The team accommodated requests with amazing grace. The room service team was efficient. The staff was friendly and well trained. They offered a warm feeling.
